AEG reserves the right to modify services at any time.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users may create accounts as:
players
agents
clubs
providers
Users agree that:
all registration information is accurate
login credentials remain confidential
accounts are not shared
accounts are used lawfully
AEG may suspend accounts where misuse is identified.
4. UNDER-18 ATHLETES
Users registering under-18 athletes confirm they have appropriate parental/legal guardian authority and consent.
AEG reserves the right to request additional verification.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Certain AEG services require active subscriptions or paid invoices.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Users agree to:
maintain valid payment methods
pay invoices when due
comply with subscription terms
AEG may suspend access for unpaid invoices or failed payments.
6. SERVICE REQUESTS
Users may request:
analytics reports
scouting reports
rehabilitation services
performance testing
conditioning services
lifestyle services
AEG will use reasonable efforts to fulfil requests but does not guarantee:
availability
timelines
outcomes
player selection decisions
7. REPORTS & ANALYTICS
Reports and analytics generated by AEG are intended for informational and professional use only.
AEG does not guarantee:
player performance outcomes
transfer success
injury prevention
contract opportunities
selection decisions
Users remain responsible for independent decision-making.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Users agree that:
reports are confidential
platform data remains protected
athlete information is not shared without authorisation
login credentials are protected
Users must not:
scrape platform data
redistribute reports without permission
misuse athlete information
share confidential documents externally
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content including:
branding
analytics structures
report templates
dashboards
software
documentation
designs
data visualisations
remain the intellectual property of AEG unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
reproduce content commercially
reverse engineer systems
copy analytical structures
resell AEG reports
10. USER CONDUCT
Users agree not to:
misuse the platform
attempt unauthorised access
upload malicious software
interfere with platform operations
abuse other users
upload unlawful material
AEG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
11. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Providers using AEG agree to:
maintain confidentiality
comply with GDPR
access only authorised athlete data
upload accurate reports
maintain professional standards
Providers may be required to sign additional agreements.
12. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
AEG aims to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
AEG may:
perform maintenance
update systems
temporarily suspend services
modify functionality
without prior notice where necessary.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AEG shall not be liable for:
indirect losses
loss of opportunity
transfer decisions
player selection outcomes
injury outcomes
loss of profits
service interruptions
third-party actions
Users use the platform at their own risk.
14. DATA PROTECTION
AEG processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users agree to comply with applicable data protection laws when using platform data.
15. TERMINATION
AEG may suspend or terminate accounts where users:
breach these Terms
misuse platform data
fail to pay invoices
compromise security
engage in unlawful behaviour
Users may terminate accounts by contacting AEG.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
AEG may integrate with third-party providers including:
Stripe
analytics providers
cloud infrastructure providers
communication platforms
AEG is not responsible for third-party platform availability or policies.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
AEG may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
